Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the website and the general conditions of trade between you and our factory. Specific terms of any order are confirmed in writing on the relevant quotation / proforma invoice.

1. Website Content

Product images, specifications and descriptions are provided for reference. Actual goods may vary slightly by batch; final specifications are agreed per order. We may update the catalogue without notice.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotations are valid for the period stated (typically 15–30 days). Prices are ex-works Shenzhen unless otherwise stated, excluding taxes and freight. Currency, payment terms and validity are confirmed on each proforma invoice.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders become binding upon written confirmation and, where agreed, receipt of a deposit (commonly 30%). Payment methods include T/T, and other terms as agreed in writing. Title to goods passes upon full payment.

4. Samples

Stock samples are provided at cost or free per our current policy; courier charges are for the buyer. Custom samples follow the agreed quotation. Samples may be supplied "as-is" for evaluation.

5. Production & Lead Times

Lead times are quoted per order and start from approval of sample / artwork and receipt of deposit. We make reasonable efforts to meet dates, but delays caused by force majeure or buyer-side changes do not constitute breach.

6. Quality & Claims

We inspect every shipment before dispatch. Claims must be raised in writing within 15 days of arrival, with photos and relevant evidence. Remedies are limited to replacement or credit for the defective goods, as agreed.

7. Compliance

Buyer is responsible for verifying that products comply with the laws, standards and labelling rules of the destination market. We provide documentation and support within our capability.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation, failing which through the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong.
