Every brush that leaves our factory has passed multi-stage in-house inspection — because we are the manufacturer, quality control is our own responsibility.
Our QC Philosophy
Six Checkpoints from Material to Carton
Quality starts at the loading dock where raw material arrives and ends only when your shipment is on the vessel. Each stage is documented, so you always know where your order stands.
Incoming Material Inspection
Wood and polymer batches are checked for moisture content, grain defects, color consistency and finish before entering production.
In-Line Process Checks
CNC tolerances, sanding smoothness and bristle density are verified at each workstation to catch defects early.
Pull-Force & Durability Tests
Bristles and teeth are pull-tested to ensure they stay firmly fixed under daily use and shipping vibration.
Surface & Finish Inspection
Every unit is hand-checked for splinters, burrs, coating defects and uneven bristle rows before packing.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
A random-sample AQL inspection is performed on finished cartons; photos and reports are shared with you before loading.
Packaging Drop Tests
Export cartons and inner retail boxes are drop-tested to guarantee the goods arrive intact at your warehouse.
Compliance & Export
Documentation You Can Rely On
We support your import compliance with the documentation customs and retailers expect: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and test reports where required for your target market (e.g. REACH, Prop 65, FDA-registered materials).
