Four Steps, One Facility
From raw material to export carton — every process happens under our own roof, so quality never leaves our hands.
Material Sourcing & Inspection
Wood, bamboo, wheat straw, acetate and polymer are sourced from certified suppliers and inspected on arrival for moisture, grain and finish quality.
CNC Shaping & Sanding
Handles are milled on CNC machines and hand-sanded to a smooth, splinter-free finish before bristle setting.
Bristle Setting & Assembly
Natural boar or nylon bristles are set by skilled workers, then pads, cushions and final fittings are assembled with precision.
Multi-Stage QC & Export Packing
Every batch passes pull-force, bristle-density, surface and packaging inspections. Orders are export-packed with your branding.
Warehousing & Shipping
Finished goods are stored in our bonded warehouse and shipped FOB Shenzhen, EXW or CIF to ports worldwide.
After-Sales Support
Our export team tracks every shipment and stands behind our products with responsive after-sales service.
