Five Steps of Quality Control in Our Factory

Quality control at a brush factory is not a single final inspection; it is five checkpoints distributed across the production line.

The first is incoming material inspection: moisture content of wood and bamboo, bristle quality and dye fastness are verified before any cutting begins.

The second and third checkpoints happen during production — dimensional checks on machined handles and pull-force tests on bristle tufts to verify retention under real use.

The fourth is surface finishing inspection: sanding smoothness, lacquer uniformity and the absence of visible defects are checked under standard lighting.

The final checkpoint is pre-shipment inspection on packed cartons — count, marking, packing quality and a sample pull-test from each batch. Every batch keeps a retained sample for 12 months for traceability.
